Site engineering comments are as follows:
1. Please see the comments on the associated Floodplain Use Permit, TE-FPU-0125-00017. This proposed project will constitute a Substantial Improvement, meaning that the cumulative cost of improvements over the last 10 years exceeds 50% of the estimated value of the structure. This will require that the structure be brought to current FEMA standards for its location. The cost estimate for this proposed solar project is $ 38,289.96 which constitutes a 65% improvement. This does not include any warranties. The 10-yr cumulative improvement percentage is 110%.
