A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The Response Letter submitted for this review explains that a DDO has been applied for. Until the DDO is approved, Site Zoning cannot approve the permit. Please submit a copy of the DDO approval with next submission. 2. The site plan is incomplete. To avoid repeated reviews, please follow the site/plot plan instructions provided within the following link: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example Some examples of missing items include: a. The zoning for the lots surrounding the lot (R-1). b. Lot coverage percentage as the percentage listed is incorrect, meaning the square footage for all enclosed structures and vehicle use areas divided by the total square footage of the lot. Porches and the pool are not included c. Label the 16’ alley immediately south of the lot 3. Please note on the site plan exactly where the work is to take place, for example, shade the work area in and add a note that this is the intended carport. 4.
