This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). Addressing: 1. File for a second permit for Unit 2 and include the same Plans as already provided in TC-RES-0125-00017, and include address and unit numbers on plans, highlighting Unit 2. 2. Next you will need to file a change of address request to TC-RES-0125-00017 to include Unit 1 to the permit. See PDF below. Provide demand calculations in accordance with Manual J/S/D standards, M1401.3, M1601.1. Systems shall be sized in accordance with Manual S based on building loads calculated in accordance with Manual J. Include the required Cooling Equipment in accordance with the Manual S. Electrical Review: 2. Provide notation requiring tamper resistant receptacles for 125 volt, 15A and 20A receptacles, R4002.14. 3.
