1. Provide a panel schedule showing panel size, circuit numbers, ampacity, wire size and general description of the new 50A circuit, E3404.13 & E3706.2. Provide a panel schedule showing wire size of each new circuit or notate the wire size for each protection rating, E3702.2.

2. Provide a floor plan showing the location of each receptacle and outlet, E3901.2.

3. Show two or more 2O AMP small appliance circuits at the kitchen countertop receptacle outlets; they may also serve the breakfast room and dining room, but not other locations, E3703.2 and E3901.3. GFCI protected, E3902.6.

4. Show a receptacle outlet within 3’ of each lavatory basin in each bathroom, E3901.6. Show Bathroom receptacles with a separate 20 AMP dedicated circuit, E3703.4 and E3901.6.

5. Show GFCI protection for Bathroom, laundry room, outdoor, garage receptacles, and receptacles withing 6’ of wet bar sink per E3902.

6. Show Protection of all interior 15A & 20A circuits serving outlet locations (except garage, and bathrooms) including receptacles, lights and smoke detectors with require combination type arc-fault circuit interrupters, E3902.16.
