TC-RES-0124-00451 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 200 W SIMPSON/117-19-0001A ZONING: HR-2 Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment revisions. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Pool must be at least 20” from the property line. Otherwise, you may request a Building Official Appeal through your TDC-Online Account for this permit. 2. Show dimension between proposed Guest House and swimming pool. 3. Show all gates in relation to the pool and their swing direction. 4. Show Access on the plot plan. 5. Label the equipment screen wall on the plot plan ‘By Others’ 6. Submit the required Engineering Details from Amtec. 7. Clarify if that is a raised bond beam on the west and south walls or a negative edge of the pool on the construction plans. 8. Provide construction details for whichever of the above applies. 9. Clarify size of pool heater and what the tankless water heaters mentioned in the equipment area are for. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter.
