This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9 1. Zoning acknowledges that a DDO has been submitted but until the DDO is approved Zoning cannot approve this plan. Per the Unified Development Code (UDC) Article 6.6.2.I The maximum height of a wall or fence within a perimeter yard shall be six feet. The proposed 6’-2” wall exceeds the allowed 6’-0” height and will require a Design Development Option (DDO) for wall height.
