A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-3). 1. COMMENT: It does not appear that the center line on Timrod, and property line are shown correctly. Per paving plan I-62-014 found at: https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/construction-plans/details/I-62-014, the sidewalk is located 1’ from the west property line. Provide a dimension from the center line of Timrod to the face of curb and from the face of curb to the west property line. The center of Timrod to the property line is 25', from the end of pavement to the property line is 8'. 2. COMMENT: Clarify the location of the proposed "77.27 L.F. CMU Patio Wall" shown on Timrod. It appears that the proposed location of the wall is located outside of the property boundary and will require a permit from City of Tucson Department of Transportation and Mobility for approval. Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.
