This comment was not addressed. The addition at the northeast corner labeled “EXISTING LAUNDRY RM, EXISTING BATHRM #2 and “EXISTING WATER HEATER RM” does not appear to have been built with approved permit documents. Either provide copies of the approved permit documents or show this area as TO BE PERMITED” with this permit. Provide a setback dimension from the southeast corner of this area to the property line to the east. It does not appear that this area will meet the minimum 6’-0” or 2/3 (H), exterior building wall height, and may require a Design Development Option. Once the required information listed below is provided Zoning will be able to determine what process is required. COMMENT: After comparing the aerials to the plot plan it has come to my attention that there is a possible non-permitted addition on the Northeast portion of the house that appears to be built in 2008-2010. After researching PRO there are records no records for the addition. Please include this addition with this submittal, Please provide the setback dimension along with elevation that way zoning can verify the setbacks. Additional comment maybe forthcoming.
