All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval.

Separate the submitted files with construction plans in one file and response letter in different PDF files.

PLAN SET:

Provide a complete set plan with updates for each comment. Include sheet SP-1 or provide the arc-fault circuit interrupter statement on sheet A-3.

All engineers and architects involved in the design of the plan set are to seal the related sheets of plans, details, and calculations in accordance with the rules of the State Board of Technical Registration.

ELECTRICAL PLANS:

1. Provide legible notes. The panel schedules on sheet A-3 are not readable.
