This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). Structural Review: 1. The S-5! CorruBracket requires an analysis and dead/wind load calculations by an Arizona registered engineer, R106.1.1, R324.4.1. Electrical Review: 2. Provide a Grounding Electrode System at the detached structure per NEC 690.47. 3. Show compliance with NEC 690.15(A), or an appeal to the Building Official is required for a variance. The Disconnect Switch is greater than 10’ from the service entrance. See ROOF PLAN Sheet. 4. Clarify the connection from the combiner panel to the PV meter base and to the PV disconnect. The Roof Plan indicates that there will be a need for multiple underground routes that are not shown. 5.
