This permit is only for 421 E YAVAPAI RD Unit 1 please submit a new trade permit for 421 E YAVAPAI RD Unit 2 as each unit needs its own permit. For questions you may contact building_official@tucsonaz.gov 1. Provide a site plan showing the location of the service entrance. The site plan must also include the complete address and unit number of the service being upgraded. 2. The overhead service conductor over the structure requires an 18” clearance above the roof at the point of entrance, E3604.2.1, exception 3. Show a mast height necessary to achieve this clearance.
