Residential Addition February 27, 2023

The residential plans have been reviewed by the Zoning Review Section but cannot be approved until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 1. Please resubmit the plans, addressing the following comment:

1. Please provide a layout of the lot that represents the actual dimensions of the lot. The plot plan provided did not show any lot line boundary information.
a. Page 2 of the plan set is usable for the minimum requirements. You may use that plan to get the gazebo permitted. Please draw in any dimensions on that plan sheet.

2. Provide a height for the structure. While a full elevation plan is not required, zoning needs to confirm that the structure does not exceed 12', and that you will be meeting required setbacks.

3. Provide a setback dimension to the property line for the gazebo.
