Please resubmit the plans, addressing the following comment: 1. Please provide a layout of the lot that represents the actual dimensions of the lot. The plot plan provided did not show any lot line boundary information. a. Page 2 of the plan set is usable for the minimum requirements. You may use that plan to get the gazebo permitted. Please draw in any dimensions on that plan sheet. 2. Provide a height for the structure. While a full elevation plan is not required, zoning needs to confirm that the structure does not exceed 12', and that you will be meeting required setbacks. 3.
