A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Comment 1 from the 12/06/2024 site zoning review was not completed, however, code has since changed and it is no longer required to provide the measurement from centerline of Apple Tree Drive to the face of curb and from the face of the curb to the property line. 2. Recalculate lot coverage. Comment 2 from the 12/06/24 residential zoning review provided directions to exclude the sq footage of the ramada from the total lot coverage. 3. Resubmit the site plan with the neighbor waivers filled out. The neighbor waivers are blank in the current site plan. Comment 3 front the 12/06/24 residential zoning review instructed that these waivers be signed. 4. With the next submittal, please provide the following: a. Updated site plan (only one- multiples are confusing). b. The Board of Adjustment Decision Letter c. Comment response letter addressing all staff comments. 5. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
