1. Detached accessory structures in total floor area cannot exceed more than 50% of the principle structure floor area per section 6.6.2.E UDC. The total of the new garage and existing casita cannot exceed more than 1927sf.



If new porch is meant to attach casita to existing residence provide a note on the site plan stating it as such and demonstrate how that attachment meets the minimum requirements of the IBC live load standards.
