The dimensions of the proposed structure on the site plan are 30'x30' (900 square feet gfa). The dimensions provided elsewhere within the construction drawings are 22'x24' (528 square feet gfa). Revise the site plan by ensuring the dimensions of the proposed structure are 22'x24'. A Board of Adjustment variance is required to be granted if the gross floor area of the proposed accessory structure exceeds 50% of the gross floor area of the principal building.
