In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment revisions. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code, 2017 NEC. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. Electrical Review: • Provide a complete electrical plan showing all new work. • Provide a 3-line diagram identifying each component and circuit, notating sizes and installation details, including connections with Main Service Panel. • Provide Automatic Transfer Panel Schedule showing all required branch circuits and OCPD devices. NEC 702 • Provide a wiring size, ampacity and derated ampacity schedule showing all new work complies with E3701.2, E3705, E3705.3. • Note whether the electrical conduit is underground or not. |
