Based on current aerial photos there are a couple of structures on the north and south portion of the property. Please provide permit documentation if not permits are available please provide the height square footage and setback dimension to all structures. Additional comments may be forth coming. 2.COMMENT: Per UDC section 6.6.3.E. “The total gross floor area (gfa) of all accessory structures shall not exceed 50% of the gfa of the principal structure . Accessory structures less than 200 square feet gfa and accessory dwelling units are exempt from this requirement.” Please provide a calculation.
