Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Per UDC 6.6.2.I, the maximum height of a wall or fence within a perimeter yard shall be six feet. The submitted site plan depicts a “7’ block wall barrier to code.” Design Development Option (DDO) approval is required to allow the proposed solid masonry wall to be constructed at a height of seven feet. The height of the proposed wall shall be lowered to six feet in height if a DDO is not pursued.

The DDO application shall be submitted as “Additional/Supporting Documentation” under this existing activity number.
