Per the City of Tucson Inclusive Home Ordinance 10463: all new dwellings have a requirement to provide an “accessible route from public and common areas, including, but not limited to, a driveway or public street or sidewalk”. Draw, dimension, and label an accessible route from the driveway, sidewalk, or street to an accessible entrance. Ensure the route meets accessibility standards described in Sections 402-404 of the ICC A117 Accessibility Standards. Specifications also include maintaining a minimum 4ft-width. Be sure to draw, dimension, and label the route and define its composition. 2. Provide a complete site plan demonstrating that this requirement has been met. 3.
