This site is located in the RX-2 zone (UDC 4.7.7). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1).

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed.

1. The site plans now show that the north side of the ADU encroaches into the required 5’ side setback. This will require a Design Development Option (DDO) approval.
