Based on a wall height of 9’-6” the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed SFR to the west property line is 6’-4”, proposed setback is 6’-0”. A Design Development Option (DDO) must be submitted and approved to reduce the required setback, DDO application and requirements can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/pdsd/documents/planning-amp-zoning/2019_ddo_for_setback_and_height_udc.pdf . The completed application shall be submitted as a PDF under assigned permit number.
