| 10/22/2026 | TW New Development Review Fast | REVIEW COMPLETED | Tucson Water has no objection to the proposed development at 4439 E. Seneca St. The potential connection point is the existing 12-inch PVC water main, PN 151-2004, along E. Seneca Street. A City roadway improvement project is planned along this corridor for fiscal year 2027. Please coordinate with the City of Tucson Department of Transportation and Mobility (DTM) to confirm the project scope and paving schedule and determine whether the proposed work will be subject to the City’s five-year pavement cut moratorium and associated restoration requirements. When the new water meter is needed, please contact Tucson Water New Services to coordinate installation. |
