RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct the following plan sheet, as noted in the comments below, along with a detailed response letter indicating responses to the review comments. PLANS: 1. COMMENT: TC-MDP-1024-01216 cannot be approved at this time until the development package TD-DEV-0425-00125 has been approved. For further information on the development package, review zoning comments for the corrections to be made. 2. COMMENT: Once the development package has been corrected to meet code requirements based on the proposed multi-family use and is then approved by staff including zoning, zoning will resume review of the building permit(s) based on the approved development package. 3. COMMENT: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on the proposed use for the addition and applicable use specific standards.
