Review the Oracle Park Addition final plat found at: https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/subdivisions/search?book=04&pg=061, and provide the correct dimensions. 2. Clarify where the dimension, 13’-0” provided from the face of curb to the west property line came from. Per Construction Plan I-77-033 the distance should be 15’.
