COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the RX-1 zone (UDC 4.7.6) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8, & .9.

1. This comment was not addressed correctly. The provide dimension is not perpendicular to the property line. Provide a setback dimension from the post supporting the front porch, southwest corner, perpendicular to the west property line.

2. The scale, 1” = 10’-0” is not correct. Based on measurements taken in Bluebeam this plot plan is more like 1” = 20’.
