Either use a different approved model template plan with the 1-hour rated wall or an approved revision to TC-MDP-0323-00812 before the site plan approval. Any structure built within the 3’ fire separation will require a 1 hr fire rated construction per R302.1 (City of Tucson Amended). 2. Provide elevation measurements for Next Upstream Manhole and Finished Floor Elevation. Provide Backwater valve protection as/if required.
