We cannot have multiple active permits for the same scope of work. Where the finish floor elevation is less than 12 inches above the elevation of the next upstream manhole cover in the sewer, a backwater valve shall be installed in the building drain or branch of the building drain serving that floor. Measured from design grade to the highest point of the exterior wall UDC Article 6.4.5.B & Figure 6.4.5-A. The rear setback is the greater of ten (10) feet, or three-fourths (3/4) the height of the structure’s wall facing each interior property line. 2.COMMENT: As there are multiple roof heights, on the site plan show the height of each roof line with the setback dimensioned.
