Per the City of Tucson Inclusive Home Design Ordinance: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/city-services/planning-development-services/documents/inclusivehomedesignordinance.pdf, all new dwellings and units have a requirement to provide an “accessible route from public and common areas, including, but not limited to, a driveway or public street or sidewalk”. Draw, dimension, and label an accessible route from the driveway, sidewalk, or street to an accessible entrance. Ensure the route meets accessibility standards as articulated in Sections 402, 403, & 404 of the ADA Accessibility Standards: https://www.access-board.gov/ada/chapter/ch04/ , It is shown through the supplemental site plan, but not for the actual permit construction plans, please show and callout the sidewalk on the plans for each individual lot. 2. Provide Sight Visibility triangles for the sites site entrance/exit in accordance with Technical Standards Manual 10-01.5.0. Escalante RD is designated as a Collector Road 3. Provide a call out for any fence/wall that will separate this site from other parcels, so that they function independently from one another. 4. For the sidewalk shared by both 8047 and 8041, in order to maintain the ADA sidewalk, a cross-access agreement will be needed to ensure the full 4 foot pathway is maintained and retained for use for both parcel.
