This site is located in the HO-3 zone (UDC 4.7.12). A single-family residence (SFR) with an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-3). See Use-Specific Standards 6.6.3.

1. Until permit TC-RES-0924-05594 is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this permit. Based on aerial photos the covered porch shown attached to the rear of the existing residence was expanded some time after 2010. Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for this expansion. Either provide copies of the approved permit documents or submit a separate permit for the expansion. Zoning will not be able to approve this permit until the porch expansion is addressed.
