1. Provide elevation measurements for Next Upstream Manhole cover and Finished Floor Elevation. Provide Backwater valve protection as/if required.

Where the finish floor elevation is less than 12 inches above the elevation of the next upstream manhole cover in the sewer, a backwater valve shall be installed in the building drain or branch of the building drain serving that floor.

2. Provide the size of the existing building sewer line that to verify code compliant capacity, P3005.4.2.

3. Provide the water pipe diameter between the meter and both shut off valves in compliance with P2903.7. A minimum 1” service pipe is required for supplying water to more than 9.5 fixture units. Show the size of the existing main water line.
