This site is located in the O-3 zone (UDC 4.7.15). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-3).

1. As Fort Lowell Rd. is designated on the COT MS&R map as an Arterial clearly demonstrate that vehicles will be able to turn around on site and not have to back out onto Fort Lowell Rd right-or-way if all vehicle parking spaces are occupied. All vehicle maneuvering must be on site.
