COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the O-3 zone (UDC 4.7.15). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-3).
1. As you are proposing to use the driveway located on the parcel to the east clearly show the proposed development shown on the approved Development Package, TD-DEV-1123-00465. Based on that plan the proposed sidewalk will run between the vehicle parking spaces, located on this site, and the PAAL providing access. Per TSM Section 7-01.4.1.F Sidewalks or pedestrian refuge areas cannot be located between any motor vehicle parking space and the PAAL providing access to that space. Clarify how this will work.
