This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). Due to changes in the HCS connection, from the original residential approval, the following issues need to be addressed. 1. Show the building sewer connection from the house to the HCS at Navajo St. This line must pass through a recorded easement on the adjoining parcel and shown on these plans. 2. Provide the Recorded Easement documentation. 3. Each dwelling (or group of dwellings on the same parcel 11304345B) requires an independent sewer connection from the dwelling to the Pima County sewer connection. 2018 IPC 701.3. 1115 and 1119 can share the connection, but they cannot share a connection with the units on the adjoining parcel. A joint sewer agreement between parcel 11304345B and parcel 11304345A requires an appeal to the building official for approval. 4.
