Please remind your inspectors to keep adding the note in the Part C of the special inspection form and follow this format, “Post-Installed Anchor is not utilized for this project”. The note that is on the attached SIC “Did not perform anchors” is unclear as to whether they were utilized and not tested or just not utilized. 3. Please resubmit. |
