1. Per PAD-15 Section C.2.3.C.7 Table F, page 63, the maximum lot coverage is 80%. Provide a lot coverage calculation that meets the requirement of Unified Development Code (UDC) Article 6.4.3 and the example shown on the Residential Plot Plan Requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example, and provide a lot coverage calculation.

2. Provide a perimeter yard setback dimension from the post supporting the porch to the wet property line.
