Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) .

1. It does not appear that the proposed SFR is meeting street perimeter yard setbacks to S. Camino De La Humanidad, rear, of 21’ or the height as measure from the nearest edge of travel lane. Based on the Corazon Del Pueblo tentative plat street section 1, sheet 9, the edge of travel lane is 16’ from the property line, plus the 3’-0” setback shown on the plot plan equals 19’ street perimeter yard setback.

2. The street setback shown to E. Calle De Justicia is not shown correctly and should be shown to the back of wedge curb.
