Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed to ensure final approval from Residential Engineering. Submit your response letter and updated plan set as two separate files.
Residential Engineering Review Comments:
1. On the prior PDF uploaded to assist with SVT layout, Speedway was the primary visibility concern with the CMU wall and the future curb. Please include a “far sight visibility triangle” (SVT) on your site plan for Speedway (TSM 10-01.5.0) [https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/tucson/latest/tucson_az_udc/0-0-0-12455]
2. It will be required that the proposed 6” CMU wall on the north be relocated to comply with the sight lines identified in the drawn SVT. Please update the site plan to reflect this change.
