Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed to ensure final approval from Site Engineering. Submit your response letter and updated plan set as two separate files.

Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. On the site plan, include 4’ dimensions (width) of pedestrian access to the residential units.
2. Please include a “far sight visibility triangle” (SVT) on your site plan (TSM 10-01.5.0) [https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/tucson/latest/tucson_az_udc/0-0-0-12455]
3. It will be required that the proposed 6” CMU wall be relocated to comply with the sight lines identified in the drawn SVT. Please update the site plan to reflect this change.
