This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. 1. The east/west property dimension is not correct. Based on the legal description, “AIRCRAFT LOT 3 & PTN ABAND ALLEY BLK 3” and the Assessor’ Record Map, the east/west property line is 70’-0”. 2. Per the Aircraft Addition final plat there is a 5’ easement that runs along the south property line. Show this easement on the plot plan. 3. The drawing index is not correct.
