Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. Revise the site plan so that the north arrow provided is accurate for real conditions. It is currently showing North oriented East based on how the property exists.
2. Dimension and label the existing 20-ft alley that exists along the Eastern property boundary.
3. All work proposed, including new frontage sidewalks, within City ROW will require the submission of a separate ROW Permit.
4. Ensure to include a construction reference for the newly proposed sidewalk as the intended accessible route for this new duplex.
