A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4). RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The zoning is incorrect. Please correct the zoning designation to C-1. 2. Please label the project as “Middle Housing” as several lots are being developed similarly with shared driveway entrances. 3. Although it is noted on the landscape plan sheet, demonstrate the ADA sidewalk is 4’-wide by showing the measurement on the site plan. 4. On the landscape plan sheet, please list the watering method for the trees and plantings. 5. If the 6’ tall cyclone fence is part of this permit request, please add this information under the project scope. 6. Submit a response letter explaining how all comments have been addressed. 7. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
