a. Gas meter not shown (model plan shows gas meter on east side of unit)
b. Model plan shows the sewer line on the east side of the unit
2. Also, please provide the FFE for the ADU on the site plan to determine if a backwater valve will be required.
3. Please make note on the drawing that there will be proper vertical clearance for the overhead service conductors above the new unit.
a. Conductors shall have a vertical clearance of not less than 8 feet above the roof surface. (E3604.2.1)
