The Residential Model plans have been reviewed by the Zoning Review Section but cannot be approved until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

1. Based on a wall height, as approved on TC-MDP-0523-00953, the proposed building height from design grade is 13'-4". It does not appear that the required perimeter yard setback are met to the west property line. The plot plan shows an 8.33' setback, when an 8.89' setback is required. Please address the setback in one of two ways:

a. Adjust the placement of the building to meet setbacks.
