COMMENT: Per UDC Article 7.4.6.K, an alley can be used for access into a residential property, as long as the alley is a minimum 20 feet in width (7.4.6.K.2). The alley south of the property is only 15 feet wide. Access must be gained off of 22nd street. Zoning can approve of this permit once the access issue is resolved. |
