There is insignia on the plan that needs definition. 2. There is a “Parking Area” on the plan. How is the parking area accessed? If from 16th Ave, then a driveway apron must be installed not to exceed 20’ in width. If not off of 16th Ave, then show how the parking area is accessed. 3. New concrete sidewalk on residential streets must be 5’ minimum in width. Please call this out on the plan. 4. On the SW corner of 16th Avenue and President St, sidewalk cannot curve around the corner. A P.A.G. standard 207 curb access ramp must be installed. 5. Any unused existing curb cut openings that are not going to be utilized, must be closed with new curb and new concrete sidewalk. 6. Show the Street Names on the plan and show the alley to the north.
