This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. Aerial views of the property shows that the electrical is located to the north of the structure. I don’t see any power source located to the south. Provide corrected plans showing power source in the correct location, or provide documentation showing TEP power source on the south side of the property. 2. Provide a Special Inspections Certificate for Post Tension slab, or any other special inspections required. 3. Provide elevation measurements for Next Upstream Manhole and Finished Floor Elevation. Provide Backwater valve protection as/if required. Backwater valve protection: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/integrated-planning/pdsd/2018_-_IRC_Amendments.PDF Section P3008.1 Where required. Where the finish floor elevation is less than 12 inches above the elevation of the next upstream manhole cover in the sewer, a backwater valve shall be installed in the building drain or branch of the building drain serving that floor.
