A single-family residence w/ an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, 8, & 9 and 6.6.3. 1. The dimensions provided from the centerline of Mountain View & Hampton are not correct. Review Construction Plan I-63-039, sheets 18 & 21 and provide the correct dimensions. 2. Based on aerial photographs there is a shed type structure located in the northeast corner of the back yard. Zoning was not able to find approved permit/compliance review documents for this structure. Either 1) Provide approved permit/compliance review documents and show this structure on the plan and include it in the lot coverage calculation, 2) Include this structure in this permit and show this structure on the plan along with the square footage, height and perimeter yard setbacks, or 3) show it to be removed from site.
