NOTE: as agreed within the previous emails, this is not the Geotechnical Report), "Epoxy Anchor not utilized for this structure", "Holdown not utilized for this structure", etc. For consistency now and in the future, please add the required notes in Part C of the Special Inspection Certificate form prior to uploading into the City permitting system website. This will remove any uncertainty and will speed the process by several weeks. | ||
