Please indicate the size (width & length) of the Temporary Storage. i. Please confirm whether this structure is a Cargo Container. 2. DISTANCE FROM PROPERTY LINE a. Please indicate the dimensions from the structure to the property line(s). 3. UTILITIES a. No information as to how this FBB is to be powered. a. Show the electrical power source on the drawing. b. Show the rout of the overhead electrical line. c. Locate the electrical panel being energized. 4. If porta potty is being used, please show it on your drawing. 5. Please resubmit. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). Electrical Review: Plans shall include (as necessary for scope of work), but may not be limited to items below: 1. Provide an electrical line diagram showing how power gets from the Utility source and to the Temp Office trailer. Include ratings, sizes and types of each device, component or conductor in the line diagram. Include grounding and bonding details. 2. Show all wiring methods in detail for all new or modified branch circuit conductors and feeders. Conductor type and conduit size/type. Note wet use requirements. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. NOTE: Temporary power to be removed under permit TC-COM-0525-01046, inspection BULD - Demo Utilities.
