This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10). A Mobile Home park is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). 1. The plot plan shall correctly show all structures that are located on this site, i.e., size & shape. Based on aerial photos there is: a. Some type of shade structure north of the existing dwelling. b. Existing dwelling shape does not match. c. There is a shed along the west property line. d. Some type of structure west of the existing dwelling 2. The lot coverage is not correct and shall include all structures and all vehicle use areas, whether improved or unimproved for the entire parcel. 3.
